Steven Phelps Acting Vice President, Pricing and Costing

The 2020 USPS price change goes into effect on January 26th and this year the Post Office has taken a different direction with the products and services they are price adjusting. To help remove the confusion, Austin PCC is fortunate to host USPS Acting Vice President of Pricing and Costing, Steven Phelps. Mr. Phelps was named acting vice president of Pricing and Costing in March 2019 and he reports to the chief financial officer and executive vice president.

This event will be attended by USPS leadership from Southern Area, the Rio Grande District and PCC Members, including mail service providers, mail owners and industry vendors. It is a great opportunity to hear from the top decision makers at the Post Office and network with your peers in the industry.
