Nearly 150 Postal Customer Councils hold events nationwide during National PCC Week and the Austin PCC is no exception. This year, we will once again be hosting a joint PCC day with the San Antonio PCC. This event is our annual PCC conference which features a video keynote address from Postmaster General Megan Brennan to the PCC’s, an in-person keynote address from a guest speaker from the Postal Industry, the presentation of awards to outstanding PCC’s and updates on Postal programs, financials, pricing and industry best practices.

This event will be attended by USPS leadership from the Rio Grande District and PCC Members, including mail service providers, mail owners and industry vendors. It is a great opportunity to learn, network and make new connections.
