This year we have the honor of hosting Steve Montieth, USPS Chief Customer and Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President as our headliner speaker. He reports to the Postmaster General and is a member of the Executive Leadership Team. Steve is a key decision maker over customer experience, payments and acceptance, tracking, and visibility. He manages relationships with mailers, shippers, partners and industry leaders and is a lead on the PMG’s Delivering for America plan.
